Story
Hi there!
Over the course of August (and home schooling ??) Alfie has set himself the goal of waking 250,000 steps. Each day we will be learning in nature, practicing our counting and adding and practice writing sentences to document our adventures. Alfie will also be raising funds for a wonderful cause, Neuroblastoma Australia. Neuroblastoma is an aggressive childhood cancer and survival rates for the aggressive types are around 50%. Children diagnosed with neuroblastoma are on average just 2 years old. Neuroblastoma Australia provide funds for much needed research and supports for families fighting this terrible disease.

Neuroblastoma Australia
Neuroblastoma is a devasting childhood cancer with the average age of diagnosis being just two years old. With survival of rates for aggressive neuroblastoma at only 50%, this disease claims more lives of children under the age of five than any other cancer.
We don’t need a miracle; just more research.
Neuroblastoma Australia, is a registered charity founded by families with children affected by the disease and has raised over $1.7 million for research into a cure for this complex cancer which almost exclusively affects young children.
